About Bindi Metals
Bindi Metals Limited is an Australian Securities Exchange listed exploration company (ASX: BIM) focused on copper and gold exploration in Serbia and Australia.
The Company’s primary asset is the Ravni Gold Project in southern Serbia, where Bindi has the right to earn up to an 80 percent interest. The project is located within the Kopaonik Metallogenic Zone of the Western Tethyan Belt, a region that hosts multiple significant precious and base metal deposits. Bindi is advancing a disciplined, data driven exploration strategy aimed at defining drill ready targets within a large scale epithermal gold system.
In parallel, Bindi maintains exploration interests in Australia, providing portfolio diversification across Tier 1 mining jurisdictions. The Company is led by an experienced board and management team with a strong track record in discovery, project development, capital markets, and company building.

- Mark is an experienced chief executive and company builder with more than twenty-five years leading and transforming resource and energy businesses across Australia, North America, South America, Europe and Africa.
- His career has centred on scaling companies, commercialising assets, executing IPOs and capital programs, and delivering disciplined growth for public listed organisations including Pursuit Minerals, Calima Energy Ltd, Panoramic Resources, and Exco Resources.
Eddie King
Chairman
- Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from The University of Western Australia.
- Mr King’s experience includes being a manager for an investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of bulk commodity and other resource projects for investment and acquisition. Mr King is also a director of CPS Capital Group, one of Australia’s most active stockbroking and corporate advisory firms specialising in small to medium high growth companies.

Henry Renou

- Mr Renou is an exploration geologist with extensive experience in early-stage exploration through to development on projects in North America, Southeast Asia, West Africa and Australia.
- His experience includes exploration on major discoveries and development projects such as the 3 million oz Wa gold project in Ghana and 3.2 billion tonne Solomon iron ore deposit in the Pilbara. His exploration work has ranged from exploring for precious metals, base metals to battery metals and critical metals in a variety of terrains and remote locations with juniors and majors.
Jovan Grubin

- Business manager with more than 20 years of experience, notably serving as Country Manager and Business Manager for Serbian operations of international resource companies, where he has overseen and managed multiple lithium and boron exploration and mining projects in the Balkans to high standards of safety, ethical conduct, and operational execution.
